transfer the case in S.T.C.No.70 of 2023 from the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Peravurani, Thanjavur District to any other competent Court away from the District of Thanjavur.

Mr.B.N.Raja Mohamed, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner prays to transfer the case in S.T.C.No.70 of 2023 from the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Peravurani, Thanjavur District to the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Orathanadu, Thanjavur District .

3. Mr.R.Srinivasan, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, submits that the respondent has no objection to transfer the case to the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Orathanadu, Thanjavur District.

4. Heard on both sides.

5. In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court is inclined to transfer the case in S.T.C.No.70 of 2023 from the file of the 2/4

District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Peravurani, Thanjavur District to the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Orathanadu, Thanjavur District without going into the merits of the case.
