*********** [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner is the daughter-in-law of one Gnanasoundari, aged 61 years. On the allegation that she has been found missing from 01.09.2015, she has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu was produced by the Police. She appeared along with her son. She told the Court that she has already parted with most of her property and she has been now living with her son happily. The petitioner has also made appearance. stranded without any help from the family members. 3.The relief sought for by the Habeas Corpus Petition cannot be granted, since we find that there is no illegal detention and the detenu is happily living with her son. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
