Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the 1st respondent to produce the person or body of the wife of the petitioner namely Manimegalai W/o.Kannan aged 35 years, from the illegal custody of the 2nd respondent before this Hon'ble Court and hand over the detenue to the petitioner's custody.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner made elaborate submissions. When this Court expresses that the petition deserves to be dismissed, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Habeas Corpus petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
