ORDER
(Judgment of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the official respondents to take appropriate steps to monitor and ensure the quarry vehicles not to use the Koppampatti, Themmavur village road for carrying the quarry materials and consequently to pass order the quarry operators to use other pathway instead of the aforesaid Koppampatti Themmavur village, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2026. 2.
Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the official respondents will consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2026 within a time frame.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2026 and pass 3/6
appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
