RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to To extend the time limit granted by this Hon`ble Court with regard to the execution of sureties in the order of anticipatory bail in Crl.OP(MD).No. 7372 of 2020 vide its order dated 29.07.2020 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PITCHAI MUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier this Court by an order dated 29.07.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks. But unfortunately the 2nd petitioner was hospitalized and hence, they are not in a position to appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 29.07.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7372 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
