O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's husband by name Kaveri Maniyan, aged about 39 years, found missing, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the fourth respondent police. Since no action has been taken by the 4th respondent to secure the detenu, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Earlier, when the matter came up for hearing, it is represented that a dead body was found near Rajapalayam Town Police Station Limit and DNA Test has been taken for confirmation. Now the DNA report confirms that the deceased is the petitioner's husband. Now the body was also handed over to the petitioner.
