The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondent to dispose of the appeal which is pending on the file of the respondent in Na.Ka.A3.No.5183 of 2013.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has already approached the respondent by way of appeal in the year 2013 which is pending on the file of the respondent. Since no order has been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed for the aforementioned relief.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to dispose of the appeal after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
