2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.187 of 2021, which was registered for the offences under Section 294(b) IPC and section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2006. The case has been registered on 29.04.2021.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since the accused is absconding, the respondent Police is awaiting for CDR https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9080 of 2021 report. Therefore, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor requested this Court that two months' time may be granted to complete the investigation and file a final report.

4. Considering the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report under proper provision of law before the concerned Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
