....Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to first respondent proceedings Naa.Kaa.No.G.M.1/46/2015, dated 31.08.2021 and quash it as illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to survey the damages and compensate towards blasting the Rocks with high decibel crackers.

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Heard Mr.K.K.Samy, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 5.
2. Challenging the allotment of quarry to the sixth respondent, the present Public Interest Litigation is filed.
3. According to the petitioner, the allotment was made without proper public enquiry, whereas, even according to the petitioner, a meeting was held on 24.11.2020 by the Additional Collector and only thereafter, the licence was granted.
4. We do not find any merit to entertain this Public Interest Litigation.
5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
