[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to complete the pending enquiry initiated, while implementing the Prime Minister Awaj Yogna Scheme at Vendayampatty Village Panchayat, Boothalur Taluk, Thanjavur District by the seventh respondent along with other officials. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.6847/2018/S.2, dated 27.06.2018, addressed to the Assistant Director of Audit, Rural Development, Thanjavur, asking the aforesaid authority to conduct an enquiry and sent the report.
3.Thus, from the above, it is clear that the enquiry has already been initiated. Therefore, we direct the first respondent to get the report from the concerned Officer and conclude the same within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
