Respondents Prayer:Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the complaint given by the petitioner, which is registered in C.S.R.No.359 of 2020 on the file of the third respondent police to the fourth respondent herein and to file a final report before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the complaint given by the petitioner, which is registered in C.S.R.No.359 of 2020, on the file of the third respondent police to the fourth respondent.
2.When the matter taken up for hearing on 09.07.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that there are 1/3
three complaints filed by the petitioner regarding the land dispute and all the complaints came to be closed with a direction to the parties to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedy through appropriate proceedings. The matter was listed for circulating a copy of the Closure Report to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Now, the copy of the Closure Report has also been circulated to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since the complaints, made by the petitioner came to be closed, the petitioner is directed to work out her remedy, before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceedings. 3.With this above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
