Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned orders issued by the 1st Respondent in his proceedings j.t.vz; 2/2004 rg dated 25/02/2005 and 25th respondent in C.M.A.(C.S) No. 51 of 2005 dated 25/01/2010 (Order and Decree) and quash the same as illegal.
