ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the F.I.R in Crime No.12 of 2018, dated 11.06.2018 from the file of the fifth respondent and transfer the same to the file of the sixth respondent or any other competent investigating agency for further investigation and direct to file a final report. 1/3
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the fifth respondent registered the F.I.R in Crime No.12 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 406, 409, 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 109 of I.P.C. Now, the investigation is pending at the stage of getting handwriting expert opinion from the Forensic Laboratory.
3.Considering the above submission, if the investigation is transferred, at this stage, it would affect the entire investigation done by the fifth respondent. However, the fifth respondent is directed to complete the investigation immediately after receipt of the handwriting expert opinion from the Forensic Laboratory and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the fifth respondent. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
