Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to preventing the petitioner's vehicle mini bus bearing Registration No.TN-74-E-7798 from entering into Anna Bus Stand as per Letter R.No.90919/E2/2000, dated 29.11.2000 and extension of the mini bus permit vide R.No.26006/C3/2000 in PSC No.164/KK/2000. ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents not to prevent the petitioner's mini bus bearing Registration No.TN-74-E-7798 from entering into Anna Bus Stand as per Letter R.No.90919/E2/2000, dated 29.11.2000 and extension of the mini bus permit vide R.No.26006/C3/2000 in PSC No.164/KK/2000.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the circular issued by the Transport Commissioner dated 29.11.2000 has not been taken into consideration and the petitioner's mini bus has not been permitted to operate the permitted route. In this regard, a representation has been given by the petitioner to the Regional Transport Authority, the first respondent herein.

3.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the contentions, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
