Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter namely Nandhini aged 19 years, daughter of Sudalai, before this Court, who is under the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent and his henchmen and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) The petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition stating that his daughter namely, Nandhini, D/o.Sudalai, aged 19 years was missing from 11.09.2016. Hence, he lodged a complaint on 16.09.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the 2nd respondent has produced the detenue, namely, Nandhini, aged 19 years. On our enquiry, she stated that she married the third respondent Marimuthu and she is willing to go with her husband, viz., Marimuthu. We also enquired the petitioner. He also stated that he is not willing to take back his daughter/the detenue herein.
