Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to conduct peace committee meeting with regard to conducting the Mulaipari procession at kaliamman temple in Aathipatti Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the third respondent will convene a peace committee meeting involving all the stake holders. It is hoped that such a peace committee meeting will be convened on or before 20.05.2024. I hope that all the outstanding issues will be peacefully and amicably resolved in the said peace committee meeting.

2. Recording the stand of the third respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
