O RDER This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner in connection with the complaint given by the third respondent pending on the file of Respondent Police. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry was undertaken and finding that it is purely civil dispute, the complaint has been closed. Closure report has also been submitted. 4.Since the complaint itself has been closed by the respondent police, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Let the closure report be served upon the petitioner.
