ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders passed by this Court dated 23.07.2020 made in W.P.(MD) No.7874/2020.

2. When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the orders of this Court dated 23.07.2020 has been complied with, as the subsistence allowance payable to the petitioner has already been paid. The said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner also.

3. In view of the above, since orders have been complied with, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the same is closed.
