O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to further investigate and look into the representation made by the petitioner dated 28.06.2021 and peruse the documents as well as the evidence in connection with Crime No.570 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent police.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the alleged occurrence, that is on 12.08.2020, the petitioner along with his friend namely Rajkumar were riding in a Two Wheeler, which was driven by his friend Rajkumar. In the occurrence took place on that day, they got injured and the petitioner was hospitalized for about 6 months. But a wrong complaint has been registered against the petitioner stating that he was a rider at the time of accident. After discharge from the hospital, the petitioner came to know that a mistake has been committed during the course of filing the First Information Report. Hence, he sent a representation dated 28.6.2021 giving full particulars. The second respondent did not taken into account and hence, the present petition has been filed.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9168 of 2021 investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.149 of 2020 and the next hearing date is 11.08.2021.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to send a copy of the final report to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since final report has been submitted before the concerned court, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this petition is disposed of.
