: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Cr.M.P.No.14/2016, dated 24.08.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu namely Pandy @ Saraya Pandy @ Sooriya Pandiyarajan, S/o.Ayyavu, aged 30 years (now detained at Central Prison, Trichy) before this Court and set him at liberty.
