: Respondents PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's minor son namely Naben Raja S/o.Maideen Raja aged about 16 years, before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner is the father of a minor boy by name Naben Raja, aged 16 years. According to the petitioner, the minor boy was found missing from 21.07.2016. Since he was not secured by the second respondent, despite the complaint made, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, on the mentioning made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for

hearing. The detenu was produced by the second respondent. The petitioner was also made appearance. When we enquired, the detenu told that out of aversion for continuing his studies, he went to Bangalore, where he was captured by the Child Line Committee. He further told that he would hereafter be with her father and continue his studies. The petitioner also assured so. Therefore, we are inclined to entrust the custody of the minor boy to the petitioner. This Habeas Corpus Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
