ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner, by compelling her to settle the lump sum to the depositors of finance company namely, 'Parivar Diaries and Allied Ltd', based upon the complaint, given by one Rajan.

2. As per the order, dated 09.07.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor was required to get instructions from the second respondent as to the status of the complaint. Now, he has circulated a copy of the Closure Report and it reads that the complainant was informed about the pendency of a petition in TNPID.CC.No.06/2018 on the file of the Special Court, Madurai and based upon that he has accepted to work out his remedy before the concerned Court. So, on that basis, it came to be closed, on 10.07.2021. Hence, nothing survives for further direction or consideration in this petition.
