(Respondents 32 to 41 were impleaded as legal heirs of the deceased first respondent vide order of this Court, dated 27.07.2023 in C.M.P.(MD)No.8920 of 2021) PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order, dated 25.06.2020 made in I.A.No.103 of 2019 in O.S.No.12 of 2018 on the file of the Additional District Judge (Fast Track), Kumbakonam.

ORDER

The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 02.01.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.12 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.192/2025, dated 30.01.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order, dated 02.01.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 02.01.2025. 20.02.2026 pal
