ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 427, 3 of TNPPDL Act r/w 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 1989 in Crime No.141 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner is permitted to surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. date of surrender, when he shall apply for regular bail.
