PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the third respondent to incorporate the provisions of law Sections 465, 468, 466, 420 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019 in FIR No.14 of 2021 as per the entire averments of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 16.06.2021 by considering her representation, dated 01.07.2021, within the period as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to direct the third respondent to incorporate the provisions of law under Section 465, 468, 466 and 420 of IPC and Section 4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019 in FIR.No.14/2021, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 01.07.2021.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10257 of 2021 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police had already commenced the investigation on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and about to complete the same. 3.If any ingredients are available to attract the offences under Sections 465, 468, 466 and 420 of IPC and Section 4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019, the third respondent is directed to add the offence accordingly and file the final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
