This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the Page No. 1 of 4

respondents to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that already the petitioner lodged a complaint and also filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.17059 of 2022 dated 02.08.2022 and based on the order passed by this Court, they also assigned C.S.R.No.348 of 2025 and the same is pending for enquiry. In the mean time, the petitioner sent a representation dated 20.02.2025 and the same is pending for enquiry. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law within fifteen days.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the 3rd respondent inclined to pass orders in this petition.

4. Recording the above said submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2025 and dispose of the same Page No. 2 of 4

in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
