Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue community certificate as Hindu - Parayan to the petitioner's daughters namely Juli and Sophiya within a time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.03.2015.

(The order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.) Heard Mr.K.Radhakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muruganantham, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for a direction upon the third respondent to issue community certificate as Hindu - Parayan to the petitioner's daughters namely Juli and Sophiya within a time frame to be fixed by this Court by considering the the representation of the petitioner dated 24.03.2015.
3. The petitioner relies upon community certificate issued to the daughter of the petitioner husband's brother viz., Reetha, D/o. Sekar and would state that the petitioner's daughters are also entitled for issuance of community certificate.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that sufficient reasonable time may be granted to third respondent to consider the representation on merits and in accordance with law.
5. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner's elder daughter has to pursue her school education, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing.
