CRL MP(MD) No.6389 of 2022 This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8949 of 2022 on 11.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.
4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8949 of 2022 on 11.05.2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
