ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) The petitioner, by name, S.Saluka Bivi, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition stating that her daughter, by name S.Nasreen Banu, aged about 24 years, was missing from 22.09.2016. On a complaint made, a case has been registered as woman missing case. However, since the detenu has not been secured so far, she is before this Court with the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. We have also perused the records carefully.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on enquiry, it reveals that the petitioner's daughter, namely, S.Nasreen Banu has eloped with one Abdul Rahub and the case is under progress.

4. Recording the above said statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we close the Habeas Corpus Petition by giving a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation.
