3.Raja : Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the first and second respondents to secure the detenu and produce the body or person of the detenu viz., Sabitha, D/o.Ayyappan, aged 17 years before this Court, illegally detained by the third respondent and hand over the custody of the detenu to the petitioner forthwith.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) One Saroja filed this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that her daughter, by name Sabitha, aged about 17 years was missing from 20.09.2016. A complaint has been given by her to the respondent police, but, no action was taken so far. Hence, she filed this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the petitioner herself produced the detenu, namely Sabitha. When we https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquired her, she told that the third respondent called the detenu to his house and later on, she left his house and now, she is willing to go with the petitioner herein, who is stated to be her mother.

3. Recording the submission made by the detenu, we close the Habeas Corpus Petition and the detenue is permitted to go with the petitioner.
