Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to calling for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in P.D.No.60/2016 dated 09.09.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely Vinu Son of Gangadharan aged about 34 years now detained in Central Prison Palayamkottai before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty.

2. In view of the submission made, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed, as the detention order has already been revoked.
