The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the second respondent to give permission with protection to conduct the cultural function Aadal Padal at Idaya Melur Public Stage in Vaigasi Varudabishega Festival of Arulmigu Sree Sevuga Perumal Temple, Sivagangai District scheduled on 01.06.2015 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.05.2015.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 02.05.2015. However, the respondents have not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 02.05.2015. Accordingly, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 02.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within two days from the date of production of the copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
