ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the father of one Saranya. She is aged 19 years. According to the petitioner, Saranya has been found missing from 25.09.2016 onwards. In this regard, a case has been registered on a complaint made by the petitioner. Since the detenu was not secured, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the detenu-Saranya was produced before this Court. When we enquired her, she told us that she went out of her parental home on her own accord and married the third respondent. Now, she is living with the third respondent as his wife. The petitioner and his wife are present. They said that they have got no objection for the girl to go with the third respondent and to live with him. The said statement is also recorded. The Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as there is no illegal detention.
