O R D E R

This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.25 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that on the very same set of facts, a petition has been moved by the petitioner herein, in Crl.OP(MD)No.15754 of 2019 and it came to be dismissed on merits, on 31.10.2019. Absolutely, in this petition also, there is no different facts and circumstance has been made by the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that final report is made ready.

4.The first respondent shall present the final report before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
