The above petition has been filed seeking orders to permit and recognize the power of attorney to represent the second petitioner as his power agent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the respondents 5 and 6.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has produced the original power of attorney for verification and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that they verified it.
4. Moreover, the second petitioner, who is the fourth defendant, has been represented by the very same power of agent, who is other than the third defendant in O.S.No.15 of 2026 before the trial Court also.
5. Considering the above, this petition is ordered.
