O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondents to grant permission for Adal Padal Program in "Thiruvizha" scheduled to be held on 20.05.2015 at Arulmigu Sri Kaliamman Thirukovil at Jameensengalpadai, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 05.05.2015. However, the respondents have not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 05.05.2015. Accordingly, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 05.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within two days from the date of production of the copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
