Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. BHARATHI. C, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6074 of 2022, dated 29.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that since the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned Court, the conditions may be modified.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
