ORDER
Alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 02.08.2024, in W.P.(MD)No.18591 of 2024, this Contempt Petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court dated 02.08.2024 has been complied by the respondent. However, it is submitted that the request of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent.
3. Since the order of this Court has been complied by the respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner has any grievance over the order passed by the respondent, they can workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
