The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner's Temple "Vaikasi Festvial" from 31.05.2015 to 08.06.2015 in Arulmigu Sri Manthaiyamman Temple, Palaththupatti, Kodumpapatti Panchayat, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 06.05.2015. However, the respondents have not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 06.05.2015. Accordingly, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 06.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within two days from the date of production of the copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
