ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 229(A) of IPC in Crime No. 30 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The present First Information Report came to be registered based on the complaint given by the Head Clerk of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Shengottai. Since this Court had issued direction to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 7628 of 2023 to file a petition for recall in 57 of 2011, on his appearance the petitioner may be directed to file a petition for anticipatory bail before the same Court in Crime No. 30 of 2023nand it may be considered by the learned Magistrate on the same day on its own merits and in accordance with law.
