This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.5 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 5 of 2020 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur and the same has been taken cognizance in CC No. 39 of 2021.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is
