This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.4770 of 2025, dated 24.02.2025 has not been complied with.

2.Today(13.06.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that based on the complaint of this petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and it was closed.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this contempt petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
