The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the second respondent to grant permission to the petitioner's Temple festival for conduting "Adal Padal Kalai Nigalchi"at the evening hours on 14.05.2015 in Sri Kandi Sevuga Perumal Ayyanar Temple, M.Pudhur, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 09.05.2015. However, the respondents have not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 09.05.2015. orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, immediately on production of the copy of this order.
