ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1188 days in filing the above writ appeal against the order of this Court dated 22.02.2018 in W.P. (MD)No.23753 of 2017.

2.The writ petition filed by the employer of the third respondent School seeking approval of her appointment, was allowed directing the petitioners herein to approve the appointment of the first respondent and disburse all other benefits. 2/4

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the appellants submits that the order passed by this Court in the writ petition has been complied with. 4.In view of the above submission, nothing remains to be considered further in this petition as well as in the writ appeal. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the writ appeal is also rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
