2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.
3. The petitioner has sought for correction in the UDR records by giving a representation on 25.03.2025. The petitioner merely seeks for consideration of the said representation regarding rectification of errors in the UDR entries.
4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer sought for, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 25.03.2025 seeking rectification of errors in UDR entries and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, if necessary after affording an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
