JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ appeal has been instituted challenging the writ order dated 02.08.2024 passed in W.P(MD)No.18591 of 2024. 2.The writ Court directed the respondents in the writ petition to consider and pass orders regarding approval of appointment of the writ petitioners as BT Assistant and Secondary Grade Teachers respectively. 3.The learned Government Pleader would submit that the proposals submitted by the management of the school were considered by the competent educational authority and an order of rejection was passed in proceedings dated 12.04.2025. The said order came to be 2/5

challenged by the aggrieved persons in W.P.(MD)No.19596 of 2025 and the writ petition is pending.

4.That being so, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present intra Court appeal. Consequently, the writ appeal stands closed.
