O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondents to grant permission to perform the dance programme "Innisai Nadana Nighalchi" (Aadal Padal) at Arulmighu Shri Maha Mariyamman Temple situated at Koppu Village, Srirangam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District from 07.00 p.m., to 01.00 a.m., on 19.05.2015.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 30.04.2015. However, the respondents have not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 30.04.2015. Accordingly, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 30.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within two days from the date of production of the copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
