[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is stated to be the husband of the detenu, has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition inter alia alleging that the detenu is in illegal custody of the third respondent, who is none other than her father.

2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing, the petitioner, the detenu and the third respondent herein, along with his wife, are present in Court. When we enquired the detenu, she has expressly told us that she has, in fact, married the petitioner on 18.03.2018. Thereafter, forcibly, she was given in marriage to some other person, by name, Vijayakumar, on 21.05.2018. She has also told the Court that she wants to be with the petitioner.

3. The mother of the detenu has informed that it is not correct to state that the detenu has married the petitioner earlier.

4. We do not propose to go into the said controversy. Suffice it to say that the detenu wants to be with the petitioner. In such view of the matter, we permit the detenu to go with the petitioner. Accordingly, she is set at liberty. The Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
