ORDER
The petitioner, with a grievance that the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.7446 of 2022 dated 20.04.2022 has not been complied, has filed this contempt petition.
2.When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 23.11.2022, which was handed over to the petitioner's Counsel. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 23.11.2022 in the manner known to law, if so advised.
