This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the Petitioner and his family members for their peaceful occupation in the land bearing old survey no. 145/5 and new survey no.214/28, situated at Kullursandhai Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar district on the strength of the Judgement and Decree dated 29.10.1990 made in O.S.No.256 of 1990 on the file of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9143 of 2021 District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai based on the petitioner's representations dated 19.11.2019 & 29.11.2020. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the complaints lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 28.10.2021.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
